TYPE OF CLIMATE: Mediterranean with a predominantly Continental character

HARVEST PETY: Manual, in 12kg boxes, first in the vineyard and the in the cellar on the selection table.

GRAPE: 100 % Tinta del País.

VINEYARD AGE: 60 years.

PLANTATION DENSITY: 2500 plants per hectare.

AGEING IN THE BARREL: 14 months

TASTING NOTES: Ruby colour, with aromas of black fruit, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and a little vanilla, with black fruit flavour and a very long finish, and has potential for ageing.
