In their factory in Villanueva de Arosa, on the heart of the Arosa Ría, from where it gets its name, they package products from the Ría and Galician coast.
They produce canned fish and seafood in an artisanal and traditional way by selecting and packing by hand, without adding any chemicals, because the sterilization process is enough guarantee of safety, and other characteristics derived exclusively from the raw materials used, hence their interest work with high quality products.

Sardine Magic: Easy Way to Wow Your Taste Buds
Sardine Bread
Ingredients (click to view):
- 1 tin of sardines in olive oil
- Bread or Focaccia Bread
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Pimentos (optional)
Preparation Guide:
Option 1
- Drain the sardines and set aside the oil.
- Crumble the bread and bake at a low temperature, approximately 50°C.
- Saute the garlic in the oil from the sardines in a small pan, add the dried breadcrumb pieces and cook until golden. Set aside to cool.
- Roast the cloves of garlic in the oven at approximately 160° C until they are tender. Keep warm.
- Plate the sauteed breadcrumbs and place the sardines on top.
- Sprinkle with Pimentón de la Vera (Spanish smoked paprika) and add the roasted garlic.
Option 2 (Using our products)
- Drain the sardines and set aside the oil.
- Preheat the oven at 230°C for 2-3 minutes
- Place the bread inside the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Focaccia Bread can be cut into smaller pieces depending on serving size
- Saute the garlic in the oil from the sardines in a small pan.
- Set aside the garlic and oil. Keep warm
- Cut the Pimentos / Red Peppers into thin slices or small pieces. Set aside
When ready serve, place the Focaccia Bread
