Description
How about this year’s 99? Sukiyaki and pork belly stew were good, but I feel dishes with a spicy kick might match even better.
- Korean Yangnyeom Chicken. The sweet and spicy sauce is a perfect match.
- Ebi Chili is good too. Maybe it’s the ketchup and chili sauce that go well together.
- Tonkatsu. More like the sauce matches than the tonkatsu itself. Takoyaki seems good too.
- Finally, vanilla ice cream. It’s a dessert. You can even pour it over the ice cream.
- Simply sautéed chicken, like basil sauté. Goes well with the umami of the meat.
- Miso-simmered mackerel. Yes, delicious. Just imagining it is delicious. Miso is a good match.
- A slightly strong-flavored cheese is also good.
Both 99 and Bodaimoto 99 can be enjoyed from cold to warm. As the flavor is strong, you can enjoy a significant change with different temperatures. On hot days or if it feels too strong, it’s also good on the rocks. It becomes much easier to drink, and I recommend it
